All sales are final, however in some instances exchanges may be possible on a case by case basis. Custom items are never eligible for exchange.
Vintage items are not eligible for return or exchange, read description and sizing carefully before purchase and contact us with any questions.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and with original packaging intact.

Contact must be made within 7 business days of delivery for exchange to be considered.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges in the case of damage or defective product:
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or other special circumstances. If you need to exchange for the same item or request repair, send us an email at hello@badlandsgoods.com and describe defect, please include photos if possible.
You are responsible for paying shipping costs each direction for returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
